Hello All,

I was a vegetarian for 18 years and only started eating meat when I got into College. Since I am now about to graduate, it is time to do some changing again. So my first step toward veganism is … (drum roll please) cutting out milk. This means no more random ice cream runs, all of my Starbucks will now have almond milk instead of cows milk, the whole nine. I was never one to straight up drink cows milk, so that won’t be an issue. I am excited and also, very scared to start this new lifestyle change. I LOVE ice cream, so this is also going to be a quest to find a vegan ice cream that I can use as a replacement. If you have any suggestions PLEASE feel free to comment below. Going vegan is probably my least favorite aspect of consciousness as I interpret it. However, I am dedicated to living more conscious and intentional in every aspect of my life and I’m starting my vegan journey with milk. Remember, Progress over Perfection.

      1. It’s all about the animals for me so I would never want to touch animal products again, they aren’t human food. It’s just a matter of having a clear enough reason behind what you’re doing
